Sorry family that I have been promising pictures to for a week… my laptop has been a poop for a few days now which has slowed down pretty much everything. But we are back! Let me use this time I have with you to say the trip was unbelievable and no words in Spanish or in English can completely describe what I saw, did, and experienced. But by the lions mane I’m going to try! (I’ve already kind of quoted 2 movies already if anyone can find them and cite them you will forever earn my respect!)
Giving you the flyby perspective of the trip it was a total of 12 days, we visited Colca Canyon, Arequipa, Puno, and Cusco, there were around 80 exchange students with only 4 chaperons from lima and an awesome group of guides, and last but not least 3 busses to cram into. (*cough Javier’s bus was the best!) Makes the trip sound simple when you put it like that but it was by no means simple, calm, or a walk in the park. That’s what makes it awesome! I’ll get into details tomorrow starting with Colca but for now I need to sleep. Beinos noches todos!
